I currently use a cheaper 29" LG ultrawide at 2560 x 1080, but am looking at upgrading my monitor. Would it be a good idea to move to a 34" 3440 x 1440 monitor if I am running a GTX 1070 FTW with a Ryzen 5 1600?

Would the mastercooler 120 lite be sufficient to cool a Ryzen 1600? I thinking about an air cooler, but I am going to need to move the computer around a lot and did not want to put that much stress on my MOBO.
