Disregard this post. I give up. Im gonna let technical support figure it out, and if they cant just buy a 8700k and move on.

the monitor is 1440 144hz, and im trying to mirror that to the elgato. Which should be able to do 1440p 144hz. Even 1440p 60 was not working.

So got a new elgato 4k60 and pretty much doesn't work. I'm sure its something on my part but its just terrible. It wont connect and if it does its a black screen / no signal... https://streamable.com/k0r55 No clue what to do. New cable, both pc's are fresh windows install. Main pc (without 4k60) is 6700k, with 1080ti, going to 2k144hz displayport monitor. other pc is 4770k, gtx 970 with the elgato. hdmi from 1080ti stright into the in port in the elgato.

I don't need my data. Like its a gaming pc. The only thing i would lose is some pictures and have to re download games. Nothing serious. I also like to have a clean boot of windows just to get rid of the junk of random programs and other stuff.

I just want my OS and some long loading games to go faster. I don't care about lose of data since i wipe my OS yearly.

Looking to get the gigabyte gaming 7, with a 8700k. (also can i run 2 m.2's in raid 0 without issue?) What are the chances that a new cpu will come out that will be a big difference? Is there anything in the short coming works?

Just wanted to say thanks for the event and all the work that went into it. (Also that poor poor car) I really hope you can do more and continue to grow. See the crew in person is such a weird experience. Watching everyone make videos' for years and years and finally seeing everyone in person is just amazing.
