  1. Thanks for the info @Protocase and everyone else. Like I said I’m just in a conceptual phase. I don’t want to mislead and say I’m anywhere near ordering, if I eventually do anything with the idea at all. Just info gathering is all.
  2. I'm not sure. Just rolling ideas in my head and wanted to find the website to take a look at what they do. So nothing specific really.
  3. I think that's it. Thanks a lot!
  4. I seem to remember on some of the more custom and exotic cases on some LTT builds they sent out to a website that does custom machining for small batches such as a single case panel. I can't seem to find or remember what that site was. Can someone help me out?
  5. That seems to be a lot of effort and energy expended to respond to typical you YouTube trash comments. Instead of an "Yeah lol, title wrong, this is a tampon and this is a pad, you got me internet," we have this. Why does he seem to be taking it so personal? Is @LinusTech okay? I only got bits and pieces of the stream but man, if this was one of my friends, I'd call and check on him.
  6. Yeah I noticed this too, The sound was really inconsistent on this video, to my ears at least. @nicklmg
  7. I seem to remember a video talking about LMG having serious problems with some Razer products and having several pending RMAs. Is this still an issue/
  8. Some videos get a parts list in the description or on the forum. Others.. do not. I like parts lists. Easier than skipping around the video trying to find where something specific was mentioned.
  9. I found this video pretty helpful. It's an overview of how crypto currencies work in general. Proof of work discussion starts about 14:20, but I recommend the whole video. It's about 30 mins long total but well worth the time.
  10. I wish build guides, especially bang/$ and builds centered around a particular budget (high or low) would contain a price list that was used. Prices do fluctuate depending on availability and region of course, but providing something current as of the time of the video would help people (or at least me) have a frame of reference for these types of guides. It's hard to gauge your bang for the buck when you don't know how much buck.
  11. The discussions page indicates: That doesn't leave a lot of time for a review to get published. I see it over in floatplane, but when is it going to get published out through normal channels?
  12. Maybe I'm just confused, but if it's same socket but not backwards compatible.. what's the difference between that and just a new socket?
  13. So I just skimmed through this a little bit so I might have missed it, but where is Luke?
  14. So I'm curious if there is a database, spreadsheet, or archive of the various benchmarks LMG has run on various hardware. I know they run a massive amount of bench marks and sometimes with similar hardware depending on what exactly is being tested, but figure somewhere there might be some sort of master list or such. I seem to remember one for GPUs, but I can't remember where I found it, and I think the one I found was somewhat out of date when I found it.
  15. Considering I just saw a $600 "mining edition" of an RX 470, I don't think I'm buying anything for a while.
