Chances are the 32GB cache isn't a separate component, but just a feature of the flash storage in the SSD. With flash memory that normally stores 3 bits per cell, you can have some of it only store 1 bit per cell, because it boosts performance. And that cache can be reallocated dynamically, so as long as there's some empty space on the drive the SLC cache will function that way.

Not necessarily. Those caches may not even be comparable, 32GB sounds like an SLC cache while 512MB would be a DRAM cache.
 
Also don't focus too much on the sequential speeds, check reviews for performance in more important areas such as random 4K IOPS at low queue depths, and performance with mixed reads and writes.

GPU Boost only puts my 1070 to 1900. I have to OC it to get to 2100.

I was reading though and saw you said you stream, once again the 1070 is capable of doing that but I just saw a 1080 on newegg for 520. Another really important thing to keep in mind when buying highend gpu's to to make 100% sure you get one that you can plug in and that will fit in your case. And make sure you wont overwhelm your power supply.

The real question is, what are you doing with it and can you really afford the 1080. I myself own a 1070, its absolutely worth buying if you want to play any games at 1080p. You don't need 144 fps in AAA titles like the Witcher 3 anyways; 60 is enough and it will handle that. Since you have a high refresh monitor I assume you play a competitive game. If you have to lower the settings a little bit so be it, but it can play most esports at 144fps. If the main monitor has G-sync of Adaptive sync you should try to match for that. the RX580 is basically equal to the 1070. Its really up to you. I will say, I got my 1070 when the 1080 was still much more expensive and now that its about 100 dollars differance its probably worth getting the 1080. 480ish for a 580 or 1070, 580ish for a 1080 although there are 1080s that are cheaper.

I would say that it's a better tradeoff for the 1080 in your case.

You dont need 750w for anything unless its like 2 titans (or gtx 680s ) and what are your plans for this build, because ryzen may be a better bet.

Ah alright then you'll need to get a RGB controller, you can get basic controllers separately for not too much on Amazon or eBay if you need.

Agree with the PSU, I think he's looking at an RM550x now. And he said he wants to stick with Intel as he likes their CPUs. And at least he's sticking with a decent CPU, instead of waiting for the X299 mess. 

You can set the stuff you already have (and don't intend on replacing) as purchased in PCPartPicker. Avoids you from people suggesting other stuff in those places.
 
Just a heads up, that USB card is not going to fit in the motherboard, the motherboard doesn't have PCI (it does have PCIE, not PCI).
PSU could be a little less, you could go for the 550W RMX series too. 80+ Gold instead of Platinum, but still quality. They recently upped the warranty on those models by two years too (from 5 to 7 years). 

I'm just keeping money until I have the feeling I really need a new GPU. I made a money schedule for myself and I can buy a 1080ti in oktober. The better HDD is most certainly a good Idea.

what is this build going to be used for? 

Mostly for 120 to 144 hz gaming and other games like tomb raider which I get now 50 fps on 60 hz. Sometimes I create montages and I'm doing a training(dont know the real english word) In media and application creation.

YOu can use the same key, just reinstall the OS. And why don't you have it on the SSD?

Yeah, I think get a better HDD. Something from WD. They're usually pretty damn good.
