Do you have anything to test with? Another Gpu? Another set of memory?
Unfortunately no.

Did you have this issue before the driver update? If not, use DDU to un-install the driver so you can re-install the previous.
Had this issue before the driver update, main reason why I updated it.

Any other logs that take place at time of shut down/restart?
Or any other symptoms you can think of?
Windows Defender update.
Valorant keeps crashing to desktop frequently. Since I have a Gigabyte Card, they come with Fan Stop lights, the FanStop RGB light illuminates if the fans are off when idling. Currently as I'm typing this, the FanStop lights are off, but the fans are literally not spinning.
PS. Drivers updated 3 days ago.

Check the windows logs. If you see Event 41, that's a loss of power error. Would question the PSU or mainboard.
Just checked, no sign of Event 41.

Black screened and it took the audio with it.

Hey there,
My GTX 1050Ti randomly shut down.. like the Graphics Card's RGB lights went off, no display, no warning whatsoever. Just a blank screen until the PC is rebooted.
PC fans running fine, only the card shut down all of a sudden. Reboots like nothing happened.
This really worries me since I have online exams in 2 days. This happened when I was in a MS Teams class.
Is my GPU dying..?
Also GPU temps are at 55 C , is this normal??
Thanks in advance.
PS. Gigabyte Fan Stop light is off even if the Card is idle.

aaagh lol! Looks like the speedfan software works with non-pwm fans. I edited my response because I didn't want to double post
So intake at 100% and Exhaust at AUTO?
Any recommended settings for these?
Fan Config:
2 x 120mm Intake (Front) (With Dust Filters)
1 x 120mm Exhaust (Top)
1 x 120mm Exhaust (Rear)

sad day Looks like the motherboard supports fan voltage settings thankfully. Assuming they're not too loud, you could try setting the intake fans at a static percent, and leave the exhaust on auto.
Yeah that's the best bet I guess. Thanks anyway!

If your fans are pwm fans (they have a fourth pin on them) and your motherboard fan connections are pwm (your board looks like an asus tuf board, so I'm guessing so?), you could control it using software instead of the BIOS https://www.howtogeek.com/275339/how-to-auto-control-your-pcs-fans-for-cool-quiet-operation/
Nope they aren't PWM unfortunately since I cheaped out on good fans. board: MSI B350 Tomahawk.

It seems like you have a slightly negative pressure. While there are the same number of intake fans as exhaust, the intake on that case is restricted in comparison to the exhaust fans. Perhaps try and increase the intake fan RPM / decrease the exhaust fan RPM?
Will have to check that out, the fan curve settings in my BIOS seem pretty intimidating to me.

What's your fan config? Is it pretty balanced, maybe with a bias towards fans blowing air into the case? Is your case on the floor with fans sucking in air from the bottom?
Check out the main post! all details there!
Anyway,
Fan Config:
2 x 120mm Intake (Front) (With Dust Filters)
1 x 120mm Exhaust (Top)
1 x 120mm Exhaust (Rear)
PC is on a desk.

You're never not going to have dust. Filters or not. If you let your PC go for years without cleaning it out, then you'll have issues. Otherwise, it's fine as is. The tiny specs here and there aren't going to hurt it. If you really want, clean it out once a month or so - that should suffice.
I've attached a couple of images.

Yeah I guess you're right, I'm probably nitpicking way too much lmao.

May want to address the dust in your home, if you're cleaning every day. Sounds like you have a much larger issue.
Also, PC dust "filters" are mess screens. Not true dust filters. Take out the filter in your furnace to compare. They can help with dust but they still suck.Again, if you have that much dust in your PC you have a problem.
The only place where the dust sits at are on the PSU shroud, tiny specks of dust to be precise. Other than that , rest of the PC is flawless. There's no dust on the GPU backplate too.
-
Hey, so I just got some new dust filters for my PC since a lot of dust used to enter the case, but the dust filters have little to no effect to prevent dust entering the PC, I have to clean my PC every single day due to this, and within no time there's so much dust accumulated on the PSU shroud.
Case: Phanteks P300 Eclipse
Fan Config:
2 x 120mm Intake (Front) (With Dust Filters)
1 x 120mm Exhaust (Top)
1 x 120mm Exhaust (Rear)
Thanks in advance!

Just pull the battery, something seems off there and resetting the CMOS may fix it.
Thanks will try it out.

On second though i think you should reset the CMOS and try again, the CPU ratio must match the frequency.
3.2GHz = 32
3.8GHz = 38
So, should I pull out the CMOS battery to do this? Or can I reset the whole oc and start again?

Turn off Core Performance Boost.
Done. But still shows 3.2ghz in monitoring software.

I asked about the CPU clock speed multiplier, not the Voltage.
oops, sorry I just checked it. It keeps changing from x24 to x37 every second.

did you oc in ryzen master or in bios?
if in bios, make sure you saved the changes and that your cmos battery is in good health.
if in ryzen master, every time windows boots, you need to reapply the overclock but selecting the profile in which you set the oc and apply it
OC in bios. Have saved it. Everytime I boot into the bios it shows CPU profile : 3.8ghz.
-
So I just OC'd my Ryzen 5 1600 to about 3.8Ghz.
The BIOS shows that the CPU is running at 3.8Ghz but when I open Ryzen Master or any other monitoring software like CPU ID , HW Monitor etc. It only shows 3.4ghz even at full load.
MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk
P.S: Also my RAM which is 3200MHZ runs stable only at 3000MHZ with this overclock.
