I have a Cooler Master Seion 120v. It's about 2 years old and used to work just fine. But now if i shut down my pc and then proceed to boot it after a while or right away as well it doesn't turn on the pump. The fan spins fine and it boots, but it gets super hot and shuts down. It boots and shuts down at least 3 times before i can hear the water go through the tubes. I cant put it to sleep and then go back with no problem. It only happens if i turn it off completely.
