    Hey you answered to my post the other day too But will a dual core from 2010 be enough?
     
    From a scale 1 to Internet Explorer , how outdated is it ? Also I am not looking for a new machine in any way , just something cheap to have at least.

    Yes, just touch the metal part of your case occasionally, this keeps your static charge neutralized and ensures you remain grounded.

    As long as you touch the metal part of the case at all times while working with the electronics you should be fine. I dont use a wristband, but I just place a metal object (like a PSU) on the ground to ground myself
