    Hi, I'm a total noob to overclocking so I'm wondering what are the differences and benefits of P-state overclocking vs the steps taken in this video (cpu overclocking starts about 20:00): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBmVf0S4UDs&t=1721s Meaning using offset mode with cpu core voltage, setting cpu load line calibration and enabling global C-states?
