  1. Not sure what you mean about ryzen laptop, but I honestly never liked the LG Gram. More comfortable buying the XPS
  2. Practically, I'm most excited about the XPS 13 9370. I'm pretty sure it's going to be my next laptop, it's most perfect for me. The Gore heating insulation with the crazy Turbo Boost, the Windows Hello camera, intel core 8th gen, and the form factor is amazing. The XPS 15 2-in-1 is interesting, but honestly it's not for me. It's a tad too expensive, and honestly I don't like 15-inch 2-in-1s, too unwieldy
  3. Got it. Also last question, sorry for asking so much: Which monitor do you think I should choose: the Lenovo one or https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZBZ2FT/aoc-monitor-g2460pf
  4. Awesome! Also, is it all right if it isn't freesync? The 1080p monitor was, and I'm wondering whether it makes a big difference. Also --> I think I just fell in love with this monitor: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Fz4NnQ/lenovo-l24q-238-2560x1440-60hz-monitor-65d2gcc3us
  5. Thanks! So, if I get this monitor, it would be perfect for Vega 56 right?
  6. The NZXT s340 is pretty good, but it scratches easily. I would go for an s340 Elite, it has full AIO support, tempered glass, and is only a bit more expensive. Also look into Phanteks cases. Most are above your budget, but I believe there are some you can go for
  7. I'm excited, but it's going to be way too expensive for me. But if you really need dual mobos and RGB, it's a great buy
  8. I would go for the Lenovo. I believe friend has the same one and it looks awesome! Planning to get one for my build as well
  9. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/wpPzK8/acer-g247hyu-238-2560x1440-60hz-monitor-umqg7aa001 Would this be all right?
  10. I'm planning to play most AAA titles, but I'm kind of in love with this monitor : https://pcpartpicker.com/product/2bL7YJ/lenovo-li2364d-230-71hz-monitor-65c8kcc1us However, I also really would like a Vega 56 or 1070 with it, but I'm wondering, is it overkill? Probably not going to upgrade it a couple of years, and I'm open to all suggestions PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zBFXwV Price breakdown by merchant: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zBFXwV/by_merchant/ CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($197.88 @ OutletPC) Motherboard: ASRock - AB350 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($87.99 @ SuperBiiz) Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($82.99 @ Amazon) Storage: ADATA - Premier Pro SP600 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($54.50 @ Amazon) Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($66.89 @ OutletPC) Case: Phanteks - ECLIPSE P400 TEMPERED GLASS ATX Mid Tower Case ($85.98 @ Newegg) Power Supply: EVGA - BQ 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($49.99 @ Amazon) Monitor: Lenovo - LI2364d 23.0" 1920x1080 75Hz Monitor ($137.00 @ Amazon) Keyboard: Cooler Master - Lite L Wired Gaming Keyboard w/Optical Mouse ($57.30 @ B&H) Other: Phanteks PH-LEDKT_COMBO RGB LED Strip Combo Set ($14.24 @ Newegg) Other: Radeon RX Vega 56 ($399.00) Other: Kensington L56001C Optics-Enhancing Mouse Pad - Black ($6.79) Total: $1240.55 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2017-08-03 12:18 EDT-0400
  11. Ah, just saw this article in the "Tech News" section. My fault
  12. Just found this on the internet, really interesting, but must take it with a grain of salt. Also, if there is already a post for this, my apologies http://www.tweaktown.com/news/58635/amd-radeon-rx-vega-56-leaked-benchmarks-gtx-1070-killer/index.html
  13. So I know Asus Aura is a program only available through Windows and not linux, but if I dualboot Windows and Linux, can I have Asus Aura running? For example, I customize the lighting in Windows, restart, and then boot to Linux. Will the lighting effects still occur if I'm then booting Linux? Thanks, ChackoM
  14. Haha there are only two fans running, so I think I'll be fine
  15. Yeah it shouldn't be complicated, but I misunderstood the packs and the rewards for each packs
