  1. I tried searching google for capture card hardware components, but didn't find anything useful For example a GPU you know it has gddr5 vram and a specific architecture and cuda cores and a lot of technical details , but when it comes to video capture cards I reached a dead end ! so any one knows or can give a link to a valid source I can look for about the components soldered on the pcb (in this case we are talking about internal capture card "PCIe") I hope my question was clear enough.
  2. overclocking the CPU or the Ram ? could you please link me an article about this matter ?
  3. I need somebody to explain to me how it could be possible to take advantage of 4000 MHz ddr4 RAM in an actual working system or build ?!? I know a lot of Motherboards supports 4000 and above but when you look at the Specs of the CPU Intel or AMD brand it does not support that speed! e.g. i9 9900k = 2666 or Threadripper or ryzen 7 =2933 , I couldnt find any CPU that support even the 3200 MHz!! my understanding is that the 3 components RAM &CPU & Motherboard should support the frequency so if the motherboard supports that high ram speed and the CPU does not it will work at a lower speed like 2666 or 2400 or whatever the value may be I hope you get my point exactly ? the ram is installed in the board and they are compatible but when it comes to the ram to interact with the processor at maximum Speed and the ram manufacturer make 4000 or 3200 MHZ module but the CPU specs lower memory bandwidth 2666 , what is the benefit of getting high speed ram such as hyper x predator 3200 kit or 4000 ?????? how would the system as a whole reach that level of speed ?
  4. Hey guys, if someone could help me because I didn't figure out the exact time in my city , I live in middle east and I will watch it in a restaurant, I am not sure how to got the time right any help will be appreciated. Thanx in advance.
  5. well, I was introduced to the term Net Neutrality recently and have a question. it's a concern only in the U.S or it is global and how do I know if it's affecting my country ??? I live in the middle east
  6. Please read carefully thus my question isn't general! I want to understand a specific thing concerning Bitcoin, the abundance of this currency, I know there will only 21 million Bitcoin in the year 2140, but away from mining and focusing in buy sell this currency there is no roof for what anyone want to buy like there is no limit so the Bitcoin market is parallel to the mining coins and that leaves us with more than 21 million coins eventually right?!!(thinking of investors for example) I mean there have to be sources for it \\ or it just the coins that generated via mining \\ I hope you understand my question I am pretty confused at the moment !! I don't want to Mine just trying to grasp the god damn thing, been watching various videos and documentaries for 2 weeks now and the more I learn the more questions I have it's frustrating

    KVM

I know my post is a bit long but please read carefully so after a little research, I am planning on buying a KVM switch for my 2 PCs ( one custom build "NEW" and another prebuilt COMPAQ Pentium 4 "OLD") note: I've never used a KVM switch before just know its function. I only need to connect 2 PCs so I know for sure all I need is 2 ports switch mainly I have 2 concerns: #1 does it matter if the KVM is cheap or expensive or of a known brand?!? the avialable in my area are TRENDnet TK-207K \\ and other Chinese unknown manufacturers. my budget is below 50$ #2 is there a way that I don't need to calibrate the screen resolution(also other settings) every time I switch between the 2 PCs thus the hardware is different and one PC have win7 the other win10. really sorry for the long post but I needed to explain exactly my issue here, any advice or tip is much appreciated so please share your experience . Thanks in advance is there a way that I don't need to calibrate the screen resolution(also other settings) every time I switch between the 2 PCs and I didn't know what to search on google for this, if anyone could provide useful link or info about this
  11. 2 different sets of data 2 different OS\ but most of the time am on the new PC \ I can save money but to buy a decent IPS monitor it'll cost around 500$ so comparing 500$ on new monitor or 40$ish on a switch I'll go with the switch
  12. you are absolutely right but maybe next year so I can get an awesome monitor IPS \ I don't want to get any display to get going and also after building my fist PC nearly cost me 900$ I am broke
  13. my monitor is very old and has one VGA input
  14. is there a way that I don't need to calibrate the screen resolution(also other settings) every time I switch between the 2 PCs and I didn't know what to search on google for this, if anyone could provide useful link or info about this
