I find out that when i run insurgency sand storm the pc shutsdown, I've tried RD2 and bfv bf1. No crashes no shut down, all on ultra. But idk how could insurgency shutdown my pc. But it shutdown once or twice on desktop.

I suggest you try to change thermal paste 

instant on seems to be a marketing term used by Microsoft, not the name used by Intel. I'm not sure if Intel RST is the same thing, but otherwise you should see instant on term from more than just Microsoft products.

I think he just jas it configured to sleep on one and to turn off on the other, i cant find a web hit for intel 11th gen instant on

for 900 USD . it has 22 mouth left or warranty. 
is it gonna be okay if they are replacing the battery with a new one ?

I had a note 9 for a bit (and it seems to be a trend for most of them) the speakers sucked. 
I can hear my iphone 8 across the house at full, but i could barely hear the note across the room at full.

I'm think either February or March.... Unless Price way up again due to all the pent up demand caused by the shortage.

People will always tell you to wait, because newer, cheaper and better stuff is always just around the corner. The problem is that that's the corner of the same building you've been circling around.
 
When you have enough money for a system or a part you've deemed sufficient to your needs you just need to jump in. Yes, comparing to a future what-if scenario you'll "lose money", but on the flip side you have a computer to do all the things you want to do in it instead of sitting on money waiting for tomorrow.

I have been wanting to get a RTX 3070. But it cost a bomb here over at my side - due to low / zero stock. At least I still have my GTX 1070TI - guess I will continue to wait. Was planning to pass the GTX 1070TI to my daughter as she is using a GTX 970 since 2015. 😁

you should just wait if you're just using your rig for gaming... the only people that really buy from scalpers are the people that will make that money back anyway before the prices stabilize again (or people that have an abundance of disposable income that just wanna be first to have anything new)

An important factor here is what is the budget you are looking at? In that price range what is available? Then compare your options against each other in those factors you care about.
 
As is obvious from some of the prior responses we see things differently and whilst some claim not to be able to see it at all (Not n Apple Fan for one) others see it as nice but not well enough optimised yet (me) and others see it as useful (Ligistx in this thread). Unfortunately unless you can actually see it running you can't know where you fall on the spectrum.

RTX is a niche feature, which do make games look better, but only a handful of games support it and it isn't going to be all games for a while. Non raytracing rendering still looks good, and most games only use that. Raytracing isn't a must have, but nice to use if you want to. AMD currently has slightly lower prices for traditional performance, while Nvidia has better raytracing, video encoding, driver stability, and productivity support.

This is extremely dependent personal preference. Basically, AMD has not created a competitor to DLSS - yet. Nor are they at the same level as nvidia for ray tracing. Their cards are typically a little less expensive, so if those are features you don't think you need (honestly, DLSS 2.0 everyone needs, its a fantastic piece of tech), then you base your buying choices on that. Save a few bucks and give up those features. If you want those features, well you made your mind up and your going green for the time being anyways. AMD is not bad, they just offer a different value proposition. If you want ray tracing, you more or less NEED to go nvidia, that is their value. If you don't think you need that and want to save a few bucks, AMD has value there with a more price competitive offering.
I don't think RT is not usable, it works pretty well in fact. Even on 3440x1440 I do "ok enough" with a 2080 with ray tracing on minimum in cyberpunk, and run COD maxed out with RT on.....

Agree with the post above, wait for better pricing when more supply comes...its a crazy time to buy a high end GPU at this time...maybe that means I should sell my 2080 for $800..

non, wait for better pricing/realese and get a 3080/3080 ti

Personally I enjoy my vive quite a lot and would put it above the original rift, but they are at least are very similar and would both provide a comfortable experience
 
the quest is not really in the same category as these headsets and I really wouldn't recommend the first iteration of the quest

I wanna puke when I see those headphones. Sorry but let me tell you why these aren't good at all. I am not sorry at all haha. "Gaming" headsets is a marketing trick and the "true 7.1 surround" is bullshit. Either they put in small multiple drivers and call it true 7.1 or it is through a dac which I think it is in this case. But this just makes the audio quality much much worse and doesn't really help at all for gaming and even less for music. You can read my post in my signature below if you want to. Anyways. Get a good pair of headphones with a mic or just one of the few great gaming headsets out there, such as the HyperX cloud 2's, Cooler Master MH751 or 752. These have been reskinned from studio STEREO headphones not "surround". Don't get fooled by these gaming companies trying to sell you RGB 7.1 surround sound headsets that will sound much worse than regular headphones. If you want virtual surround as it is actually called. You can get software for it or get an amp/DAC combo that has software. Such as the Sound Blaster G6 or X3. My advice is to get the Sennheiser HD58X's from drop.com or the DT 990 pros paired with the modmic 4 uni and the G6. Best combo for the money. The DT 990's beat all gaming headsets over 300 dollars by 100%.

I don't trust versus.com at all. Also the G pro X is just a downgrade because you get software for the mic and it drastically decreases quality of it. Maybe the deltas are great headphones. Never listened to them but the thing here is that you can get as good audio quality for such a cheaper price. Excluding all these "premium features" such as true 7.1 surround etc when you can get that with amp/DAC combos with software anyways. My recommendation if you want it mostly for FPS games. Get the DT 990 pro's 250ohm. They are open back which means they leak sound. The pros of that is a better soundstage, and a more immersive experience. Downside, you can hear stuff in your room and people can hear what you are listening to beside you. But the DT 990's paired with the sound blaster G6 is a great combo for gaming and music as well. If you need a mic get the modmic 4 uni. One of the best mics for headphones at that price. 

To answer this question which I forgot... Yes you will definitely need an amp for the DT 990 pros. They are hard to drive so you need an amplifier. But amp/DAC combos achieves that.
