  1. The easiest way to check that is to have another computer on the same network - to try and access the <LAN-IP:PORT> through local network. If it works - there is a problem with port forwarding - if it doesn't - you have to check your firewall settings on the host pc. E: Also you might need to check the antivirus software as some do block some network traffic.
