Both are on prefer Maximum performance of course Xbox game DVR is also off. Windows Game Mode is on, also tested with it off but no difference! We also Play on the same network and I never had any Problems on my PC

Hey guys, So this is kind of a long story. My Girlfriend has huge Problems in Csgo with stutters when shooting/getting shot. The "VAR" in the Netgraph goes way up each time. Shes been having this Problem since 2 Years. I thought id Upgrade her PC. So I bought a new PSU, GPU, RAM, M2 SSD. Stutters are still there like before. PC is Fully updated, Windows was installed fresh multiple times and the Problem still doesnt go away. Her Current PC specs: i7 6700k, RTX2070 Super, 16GB ram, 970 EVO ssd. Temps are all good. And no Problems in any other games at all. Did anyone else Experience something like this before and could have any Idea what the Problem might be? Thanks!
