Last I heard, roadmap for their APU line was Q4 afaik, so I wouldn't expect their mobile chips any earlier than that.

I'd personally take the build with a GTX 1080, SSD and Fast RAM (Even if it's not QVL, it will run and OC better than 2133RAM).
but your build is good in the way that it crams as much possible performance.
