    This phone looks damn good. I love the screen with the hole where it is, its basically just taking up the space of a single notification, rather than up to half the damn bar. Im hoping this comes in as basically an S10 for half the price.

    400 nits is fine for most people in most cases. It, along with the rest of the standards requirements are better than a lot of budget monitors and TV's out there, so if HDR becomes the go to standard that all screens have the lowest spec is still better than the current low end crap that they have. Think of it like the 80Plus standards for PSU's. Before PSU's were often pretty terrible in efficiency. Once it got to the point where not being certified was costing sales the entry level spec had been raised to a more acceptable level.

    Linus is a data hoarder. Sure they dont need most of the raw footage from their old videos, but when you can make money on doing videos about your backup plan, you might as well, we get to geek out over petabyte project and Linus gets to geek out over it as well. Although at this point it's probably more sensible to only backup the finished videos in their highest quality on a cloud storage (and raw footage from more recent videos), while saving the raw footage locally while space is available.

    The projectors and RGB on the back of the monitor is a weird choice considering the price, you'd think they would be aiming for a more professional look on a monitor that will cost thousands.

    Dont worry, at least they didnt have you doing skits with them! Amazing looking system, like 99.9% of people i'm not the target market for such high end stuff but you can be damn sure if i was to win the lottery next week i'd be firing off an email to you! Really hope the modular concept works well for business, any plans on doing accessories like the fans or lightbox designed to fit into other cases?

    I get unicorp wanted to be totally authentic but things like the printing on the keys being blurry because they use 30 year old printer the original one used is a bad idea.

    Boot drives read many many small files, so random read and IOPS are far more important. USB isn't ideal for such tasks compared to other protocols, although a good modern USB external SSD (such as the one tested in the video) generally does pretty well, just maybe not as well as internal storage.

    Where is the 4k version of the 2 hour video of you buying a processor? Are you expecting us to watch this in 1080p like some sort of medieval peasant?

    Was that a stack of DVD-R's on the shelf Linus? The 25TB of local storage and 10Gb ethernet on every computer wasn't enough?
