You can either remove the CMOS, or unplug the SATA cable from the SSD, forcing the system to go into the bios instead of booting the OS partition.

depend on the titles... for must game it wont be an issue, but going forward it might be.

With an onboard RAID controller yes that's about what to expect. The parity RAID types (5, 6) aren't fast. You might be able to speed it up using a dedicated RAID controller.

At low settings at 1080p in low graphical title yes... 

Ill suggest brown ... there are like in the middle between red and blue imo ... good for typing and gaming ... its a very personnal choice however

Depends on what you play. Mouses with millions of buttons are usually aimed at mobas. For FPS games, you only have a use for one or two extra buttons. For FPSs, I normally have one side button set to melee and the other to a useful game specific hotkey. I have no experience with Mobas or mouses meant for them so I can't help you there.
