Xbox 360 stock fan 
The fan in my corsair AX860i got pretty hot after 10 minutes of use 
 
So last few days been testing all different fans so anyone one else want to test them outside a PC case and post results will try to clean up the spelling and mistakes been writing this while at work sorry 😂

this would be interesting to see @LinusTech to do a video on maybe even someone else, havent seen jake too much recently, maybe bring luke back in a special, havent seen him in ages and never have time to watch the wan show

I did some upgrades to my iMac, I didn't have the nerve to go anywhere near the PSU That thing's kinda spooky.

The fact that Apple can get away with not shielding them baffles me. But, ive only been shocked twice and both times it was the same PSU and it didnt arc across my body, only across 2 fingers of the same hand, so I was fine. Hand just cramped like hell for ~5 minutes.
 
After that service i bumped my service prices for iMac's up from $40/hr to $50.

I dislike working on iMacs. Luckily mine is only from 2010 so it's fairly easy to work on, but it's not fun.

I might start a topic on this(might be better anyway), but how do you feel about right-to-repair? I personally fully support it.

Oh those are fine (though still not fun), its the retinas with the glued down display that really suck. 2010 is when the glass was magnetic to the frame and the display was separate from it...

You have to open them up in order to repair them. If you're careful, you'll probably be fine.***

Bugs pick the worst places to up and die

Okay okay, after my previous post about the problems with corsair PSU mainly the AX serious I replaced all the cables with better grade and bigger gauge wires and having no issues for the last year, my PSU decided to shut off and red light again so though sod RMA going to do this my self guessing a bad cap or trace .
 
After inspecting the unit I came across a what looks like a fly causing a surge on the peripherals and sata power. 
 
For one I have  no idea how the hell that got in there as it's less then 1mm gap and two since when did a fly cause a PSU to trigger OCP 
 
I emailed corsair and they reckon it's from the factor when made so sending me out a new one 
 
But still there is a lesson to be learned here

It's 1.38V vCore tho. Still a very good clocks for this voltage, my R7 3700X didn't even post at 4.5 GHz all-core with anything sub 1.45. But it's probably not a good idea to run it 1.38V all-core, IIRC 1.32V are recommended safe MT voltage.

I would try re seating the cooler ? some times helps like taking it off and putting it back on some times helps don't forget to tighten the screw in a X as well helps me good luck 

Pretty much bro is the fan ramping up because if it isn't it's fine 

See first link above, it will give you some idea on what to expect from each motherboard, for R7 2700X OC you're looking at smth in between 75A and 100A.

There is a different between what you "can" do and what you are allowed to do. If it is a new system and you don't own a retail license, then you need a new license, no if ands or buts. If you don't mind operating in a gray area, the give the transfer option a try. It will typically work.

SSD is small, there's spinning rust, PSU is likely of low grade, stock cooler, older GPU.

Yeah I think the over protection kicked in but once I updated to the newest bios I can see what it is running at as was not on the older bios

Even here Linus has to drop stuff....and with quite some force.
