  1. Size of the bag shown on the 3/24 show looks good... maybe include a velcro divider like a camera bag, allows you shrink down from steam deck to switch size, or just use it as a normal bag divided in the middle.
  2. I have an SP6 with similar specs. I'm not trying to do anything intensive on it, just a mobile computer between my huge desktop and the iPad pro just isn't enough, and to tune drones in the field. It's solid, but Surfaces are known to have swollen batteries if they're used a lot. I try to manage the battery, not keep it plugged in all the time, somewhere between 50-80% when it's off for a long period.
  3. Is there a lot of metal between it and the devices? Is there a lot of interference on that channel? Is there router flat wherever it's mounted? I have none screwed under the top of a large bookshelf. Mesh is a nuclear option for this problem.
  4. Sounds like you're a communist, anyone can benefit from another's work?
  5. TIL Pentium 4 ran with PCI E....
  6. I bought my Define R6 because it checked the optical drive box, and still gave me options for actually having real hard drives and flexible radiator and fan options. I have two lightscribe drives that used to be in one PC, and one is on a shelf, and the other is in a garage computer.... Never used LS in 15 years. I keep the BD burner in my desktop for edited videos, and i'll start doing backups on BDs for offisite as an alternative to HDD backups i'll have.
  7. Two shirts and two packs of ties... wasn't unreasonable to the midwest US. I think being in Cannuckistan and using UPS hurts, shame there's no US based outlet for them. But it wouldn't be LTT if we didn't have an avenue to complain aboooot something between the US and CA!
  8. 280mm rads are around 91% of the surface area of a 360, but you get to use larger fans which are often quieter for the same CFM. In reality, You'll see very similar temps between the 360 and a 280, but the 280 fits in a lot more places. I just rebuilt my setup with a fractal R6 and a Corsair h115i pro (280mm). I want an optical drive bay, more adult than gaming looks, and relatively quiet. The radiator options are huge, the case can change from many HDDs and optical to more modern gaming and watercooling, etc.
  9. I tried a 600, felt meh... Returned it. Got the Rival 310, and liked it! My measurements are within .5cm of yours. I'm picky about having a nice spot for my pinky. There's 4 big brand mice on my desk right now. G502, G602, Corsair M65, and the 310. I also had a deathadder years ago. Deathadder, fit my hand perfectly. I bought it at a best buy wanting a good mouse for gaming. But it began to double click in 2 years? Read up on Razer more, get turned off, and never hear it's gotten better. M65: I like the button placements, but the mouse just feels too flat, causing my wrist to rub the pad more than i expect. It's heavy, and I didn't think it was great to pickup, but when i tried the 502 and 310 it became cumbersome, almost slippery on a lift. This has been on my desk for a few years now, but when I got the 602 for $35 on BF it got unplugged for a bit. I just pulled the weights from it, and might try holding it differently. I'm also removing the keeb tray from my desk and sitting higher, so that might help. The DPI button is great, and the software is good too. Logitech 602. I love the shape. I might use this for day to day work or photo editing in the future if I can make it do some tricks in Lightroom/Photoshop. One of the duracells that came with it puked inside, and it's battery life hasn't been great since. Heavy for FPS, can't pickup well at all. Great software. 502: I bought the 502 expecting it to be a wired 602, but it's just too narrow, and the back and forward buttons are too far back for daily use. I like the sniper button, the DPI settings. I think i was holding this too far back, and might try different hand placement to see if it was bad fit, or bad grip. I added half the weights when I bought it, but now have zero weights in it. If it were just wider... Rival 600 had a tall DPI button and wheel. Just didn't have the pinky room I wanted. Rival 310. Closest to the G602 shape, feels very light, and has a great grip to lift. The software is limited compared to Corsair or Logitech, you can't make a DPI shift/sniper button for example. There is something about the feel of it, it feels snappier than the 502, probably due to the lighter weight.
