  2. My favorite part of the HTC One M8 is the build quality. The metal components just make it slick and rugged to me.
  3. 1. My current storage setup is 1x 120GB Intel 330 series SSD, 1x 2TB WD Black, and 1x 2TB Seagate Barracuda. The reason I have this setup is because it was cheap at the time while also allowing me to compare the performance and longevity of a Seagate drive vs a Western Digital Drive of the same caliper. I also chose 2TB drives because I needed a lot of storage for data that may sit there for a long time or may be read over and over again on a daily basis. My 120GB SSD is primarily just my boot drive, and single most played game storage for instant boot times. 2. 4. Hmm lets see. I chose to buy a Corsair C70 because I was able to see how Linus had one configured and really enjoyed that configuration. Though he recommends NF-F12s I will be upgrading my current set of case fans to Corsair 6xAF120 and 2xSF120s. I did take his Corsair H100i performance review into consideration when I bought it.
  5. I don't think the real message here is the fact that its a Smartphone screen. I believe the real message is that touch screens, no any screen for that matter can be a much higher resolution than currently offered. Yes, one of the major bottlenecks in phones since forever is the battery, but lets be honest. The battery is the bottleneck in many products right now. Ultrabooks, Electric Cars, Smartphones, heck even that AA battery you buy in the store is far behind where it should be these days.
  6. LG just announced a 5.5-inch Smartphone screen with a resolution of 2560x1440 and a pixel density of 538 pixels per inch. Currently the highest resolution and ppi for a smartphone screen so far, and proves Linus right that there is no reason we can't have 4k monitors much faster than we currently are getting them. 7. Sims 3 Please. I gave my copy to my Fiancee and now want a copy myself but can't spend anymore money.
  8. This is my entry. I have a few things that are old on youtube and am slowly working on some new stuff.
  9. Unless I'm just blind, I can't seem to find an OS or program out there that supports making multiple streams of content from a HTPC to a TV. Pretty much allowing me to create a Playlist for each Stream and then letting them run. You turn on the TV instead of getting a satellite TV Guide you get a TV Guide for whats playing on all the streams, and you just flip through the currently active channels you created. Something like a media server that transcodes multiple channels that can be all going at the same time. If anyone has seen this let me know. My goal is to have something like this in place by the time I have kids (give or take 4-5 years) so that I can create the channels that are seen when the TV is turned on, and I can stream media I'd like them to see without stupid commercials and without them seeing shows I wish them not to see yet. I still want things to stream even if the TV is not on so that it has a more natural feel when you do turn it on.
  10. When building a rig for a friend I forgot to install the IO plate. It was lost shortly after in a move and still has never made it into his rig.
  11. I would love this case and would totally do a build log for it. Subbed and Living in the US of A!
