running the tool as administrator can also sometimes fix problems. 

I am not an expert and you shouldn't go off of what I say, but I think it is very nice. It has adjustable height, which is nice.

Don't set mine to Best Answer. 

Do a restart one more time. If that doesn't work open command prompt admin by right clicking it. Type in, "net user administrator /active:yes" then log out of your account log into the administrator account and try to kill it there.
 
Be sure not to use the Admin account all the time. I would recommend de-activating once done or just setting a password to it and only access it in these rare situations. Deactivate it by typing "net user administrator /active:no" in Command Prompt (Admin). Alternatively set a password for it in command prompt admin "Net user administrator password" where "password" is one you set. 

Also if any of you actually read my posts, you would see that I said that I was going to make a git backup that night. I knew that I needed to do it and I was going to, but it got corrupted before I could.

Did you try using Google's transfer?  (chrome://settings/importData?search=import) 

What is the boot order? It could be trying to boot the wrong device. Also, sometimes a USB-2 port is better than a USB-3 port.

Yeah, I mean what are you going to be doing with 8k videos? It takes up 4 times as much storage as 4k.

Shut down vs restart is usually a setting in the BIOS.
So you're taking the power away while the PC hibernating? I thought hibernate data is stored in the RAM so this would be expected behaviour. Either turn the PC off or leave it plugged in I say.

I found this one when I went to the grand canyon. Very nice. If you fill it up with GTX Titan Xp's, I think you can run crisis at 100 FPS.

Depends. Do you want a stable 60FPS in Ubisoft games? You should have gotten 2 Titan Xps. Do you want a stable 60FPS in all other games, probably 2-4 years

You can get 60 FPS in ubisoft games? I thought it was locked to 15 FPS
