Xbox needs a "desktop mode" where it's basically just windows.
Selling pitch "Whether you need to work or play, Xbox is there for you"
Many families can't afford a computer and a games console. I'm the US schools providing computers is common in the form of laptops, but here in the UK it's expected you'll provide your own.
Also, sign up to game pass for 3 years and get an Xbox for free would be incredible for families who don't always have a bunch of cash available for Christmas. You agree to the contract and boom you have an Xbox, hundreds of games AND a pc for doing homework all in one

But it doesn't have to be?
It is a PC in all but software, my point is, as a games console it doesn't seem particularly well, but as a console AND PC, it would probably get significantly more sales. I'd buy one simply to play about in the desktop mode and see what it can do

Where I live most people can't afford both a computer and a games console. I live in a very impoverished place and that certainly makes you see the world differently.
When you have a powerful computer already, why buy a second less powerful one? Well because Microsoft doesn't let you use the one you already own as a general purpose computer

I guess that's the price NASA pays for a well-tested platform. I'm sure prices for Dragon will go up sooner or later.
They've actually gone down, first dragon flights were 160m, the second lot were 130m.
A falcon launch was originally 120m dollars, dropped to 95m and is now 65-80m depending on customer
