  1. Good idea, just tried it but unfortunately it does not work. The NF-A15 is just big enough that it can't be done. So the only option would be to put the NF-A15 top rear, or top front ... Intake or exhaust. Would any of that be an advantage? also maybe consider buying an NF-F12 to put on the CPU cooler, but the temperature still seems okay.
  2. It was put together yesterday, so has not so much to compare with. But GPU Ideal - 32 ° C Game -65 ° C CPU Ideal - 46 ° C Game - 60 ° C Stress (CPU-Z) - 76 ° C All stuck. So it seems okay? Would you say I should not do more with my setup as it is now? Or is there room for improvement? Remember these are just quick numbers, how high will it be before I should do anything? Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4-3200 Yes I can put it wrong, "behind" but it's incredibly close to my exhaust so don't think it makes so much sense
  3. And one more thing, now I have an extra Noctua NF-A15 HS-PWM it must be, to spare from the cooler. Would it be an advantage to put it at the top? rear top to take out? Front top to take in? Maybe buy an extra something and put on top too?
  4. I cant fit the 140 on there, but a 120 i can
  5. I'm pretty new to build my own machine, so mistakes happen, and advice can be used I built a machine based on it should have 3900x, 2080 super and lian li lancool ii. As well as I would run with pure noctua chromax fans. My mistake was to buy too big ram, for the cooler I chose "Noctua NH-D15 chromax" which means the CPU cooler only run with a mid 140 fan. In the cabinet I have installed 2 front - Noctua NF-A14 PWM fans, rear fan 1 - Noctua NF-F12 PWM. So where I need help is what new fan do I need to go out and buy to put on the cpu cooler? (remember it should preferably be from the chromax series). Is it an NF-F12 that will be best for this? I have also looked at NF-A12x15, but since it's thinner I don't know how to put it on? or any better suggestions? And one more thing, now I have an extra Noctua NF-A15 HS-PWM it must be, to spare from the cooler. Would it be an advantage to put it at the top? rear top to take out? Front top to take in? 6. Hi i need to build a pc for my big brother. I've built my own, but that a few years ago, so I need a few tips. The PC should primarily be used as an office PC, but the plan is in 2-3 years it must be upgraded to a gamer PC for his son. So right now it shouldn't be able to do that much, but would be nice if most parts can be used in a few years. My thought for parts is: Motherboard - ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus WiFi, S-AM4 CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3400G RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200MHz 16GB PSU - Corsair RM550x 550W PSU SSD - Corsair Force Series MP510 480GB M.2 SSD My first question then is, does it need a CPU cooler other than the one included? If you think another CPU cooler is needed, I think, Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4 CPU Cooler, as it could well be used on a better CPU in a few years I think? And Pc-partpicker says this: “The Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the Corsair RMx (2018) 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.” I see I can go up to RM750x and then it does not show that error, so is that the solution? Or is there another PSU that would be better? I'm also in doubt with the case, I'm thinking the be quiet! Silent Base 601, but also considering the Phanteks Eclipse P400S, which would you recommend? or is there a quiet cabinet I may have overlooked which would be better?? I know many parts could be cheaper, but as I said, he would like the best possible upgrade option in 2-3 years. Thanks for the reply in advance!
  7. Hi hope you can help I have a, kind of old PC, 3-4 years I mean. I'm looking for help with a few things 1: What would I like to upgrade? All I have is working, but could use more power to run my 165hz 27 "2560x1440 monitor. I guess I just need to upgrade graphics cards, I'm looking at 2070 or 2070 super, but is that enough? Is there anything else I should be upgrading right away, and is it the best upgrade I can make for an okay price? 2: New cabinet? My current cabinet the start button barely works anymore (due to wear) and it a big plastic monster. So what would be a good looking cabinet, maybe small? that is easy to assemble with what I have? (fairly new to assembling myself) For both 1-2 budget is - it should make sense, so not low, but not high high. I'm from Denmark if that makes any difference Hardware list - Motherboard - Asus Maximus Ranger 8 CPU - i7-6700k CPU cooler - Thermalright macho rev b RAM - 2x 8gb Kingston HyperX DDR4-2666 ram GPU - Asus Strix GTX 980ti PSU - Corsair RM750x /750w 80+Gold SSD - Samsung 950pro 512gb m.2 PCIe x4 HDS - 3tb Seagate 7200rpm Wifi - Asus PCE-AC56 AC1300 Duel-Band Case - NZXT Switch 810 Full, black
