For the most part its easy for me to do.

Esp when it comes to accusations that haven't been proven. Too many times I have seen a life ruined by false accusations. not saying its like that in this case. but im not trusting strangers.

Or...you dont let your kid use your credit card.....i can install it on both my kids phones and not have to watch them play it. Because im not dumb enough to put my credit card on a kids phone so they can use it.

If a parent chooses to buy them thats on the parent. I buy my kids rublox gift cards. Its my choice.

If a parent gets a surprise bill due to their kids using the card thats on the kid and the parent. Mainly on the parents for being idiots.  They have nobody to blame but themselves.

If my kid take a $20 out of my wallet and goes to walmart and buys a toy im not going to hold that against walmart.

Most games exploit people for money. How many games have microtransactions?

And yes....murder, hookers, drugs, etc are much better for kids then a slow progress rpg. If you honestly believe that or think its smart to put your credit card on your kids phone. Please dont have kids anytime soon. You are not ready. And if you do. Dont blame others for your bad parenting choices or your kids mistakes.

Data say death rate is .02% and based on antibody tests the death rate in NY was never 18% its far lower then 1%. That being said Cuomo f^&*ed up the response and had covid positive nursing home residents go back to the nursing homes instead of the makeshift hospitals till they weren't contagious. I love how everyone who says "save every life" but the fdact remains we didnt protect the most vulnerable with the lockdowns they are still getting it, and the people saying ti are likely people who work from home who have no clue what its like to not be able to feed themselves or their family or lose absolutely everything because the government forced them to shutdown without compensating them for it. Then they say if you want to open up you want to kill grandma. No I dont she already got it in the nursing home along with 20+ people who got sick and died there. We didnt protect the vulnerable we flattened the curve but does it matter? Nope cause the old still died anyway. I dont know why we are tanking the economy and destroying millions of lives for maybe 100 thousand lives. This is policy making people weigh the risk vs reward numbers are in time to open up because so far we didnt save anyone and the numbers are vastly lower then we though and the vaccine isnt coming any time soon either.

If you have a monitor that is nothing special and you dont mind modding adding vesa mounting is easy.

All you need is to take the back panel off, drill 4 holes, and use bolts and nuts to secure it to the mount.

Ive got an old old 32" tv in the shed i had to do that to and have had no issues in over two years.

Im not worried about myself getting it tbh.  Ive said it multiple times but the chances of me dying in a car wreck on the way to the store is much much more likely then me dying from getting the virus while at the store. That doesnt mean im actively trying to get it. It means im not going crazy with every precaution imaginable.

I have a half gallon of sanitizer in the car and i dont touch my face without using it. When i go to the store i know exactly what im getting and where its at. Grab it and only it and go straight to self check out and im done.

I take precautions to help prevent me from spreading it though. And i dont need a mask for that.  With the way i do things the most risk im putting out if the air coming out of my nose. And even the article you linked says they dont even know how much a factor that is.

What other people do is on them. I cant make them wash their hands/mask or make them not touch anything they arent going to buy.

I can only speak for my experiences in my area. Even before the virus it wasnt much of an issue going to sams club and people not knowing to cough in their shirt or arm.

If your in an area where you cant go out without being close to alot of people who dont practice manners then you should do what makes you feel safe.

The reason i posted that article is because it shows that not every area needs a lockdown.

6 states dont have lockdowns and their numbers are good (idk if good is the right word but they are lower thrn the national average) because theres many many factors involved in when is a good time to reopen an area. So people just screaming "if you reopen areas there will be millions of deaths" are factually wrong. The only thing those states did was ban large gatherings. And they have good numbers.

And yes the lockdown was to flatten the curve. And in alot of areas that has been done. Continuing the lockdown order after you have made sure your hospitals are not over ran does nothing but hurt your area.

Theres studies being reviewed right now showing that the infection rate is much higher then we thought. Which means the death rate would be much lower.

There is no reason that alot of areas cant open back up with restrictions. High risk households would continue to stay home. While low risk households would go back to work (if they choose to). If the infection rate is high among people that have almost a 0% chance of dying then thats fine.

People keep saying "but they could infect the high risk" and thats true....if the high risk decide not to stay at home. If they decide to stay at home their risk does not go up. Thats the same situation we have right now with the lockdown orders. If they go out now they put themselves at risk.

Its impossible for me to infect someone who is staying in their home unless i decide to break in to their home.

Problem is most places dont have the resources to have police just roam around asking people what they are doing and where they are going. Not to mention all you have to do is say your going to the store for food and they cant ticket you.

Arrests wouldn't make sense either since a lot of areas are already releasing non violent inmates as is. Costs a lot of money to keep people in jail. Thats not money that they want to pay for non violent crimes.

Not to mention its going to be hard to actually have those fines held up in court (atleast in the states) we have already seen people get fined and courts throw it out. They dont really want to be wasting that money with 0 results.

Even with social distancing the risks are still there. the best you can do is just worry about what you personally are doing. Im an essential worker who has to be around people. Im obv not hugging people or shaking their hands but im also not going to start running if someone gets near me. The chances of me having any issues even if i get it are almost 0. And anyone I can transfer it to are knowingly putting themselves at that risk. So thats on them. Not me.

Which is why i said earlier that if a low risk person lives with a high risk person they would also stay at home.

    What about the customers?

If they are high risk or live with a high risk person they would stay home.

Soon the cure is going to be worse then the virus. At this point when we have mayor's who are rich blowing off people who are out of money and on their last rope say "if you want to work become an essential worker" something's wrong. As an essential worker, my job really isn't essential and neither is takeout food yet we some how ok with it. God forbid people want to provide for the families when the death rate is probably closer to .025 then 5-7%. Cuomo even said nursing homes will be hit regardless and that 80% will still get it. The curve is flattened and peak has come it's time to put the bug boy pants on and go back to work.

If you think any area is going to stay lockdown for 12-18 months your living in a dream.

Everything would not go back to normal if that happened. we would have a world wide depression that would kill millions more then what the virus ever could.

Also a vaccine isnt guaranteed in 12-18 months. We are hoping we have one in that time but we dont know right now.

Also we dont know yet if Sweden did the wrong thing.

So just spoke to my buddies wife who is as nurse up in VA.

The numbers are getting much much more inaccurate. They have been instructed to classify any death that can even be remotely seen as covid related as a covid death. They get more funding the more covid deaths they report.

They will also be getting unemployment (which depends on your area how much that is) plus $600 a week.

Now depending on your area that might now be enough but its still something to be fair. A lot of people who have no idea how to budget properly are going to have to learn real quick.

I do have to say though alot of the companies i owe money to have been really helpful. Car insurance gets a 2 month extension before late fees or disconnections plus a 20% discount. Light company has frozen all disconnections, cc are not charging interest as long as you pay the bare min.

Alot of companies are stepping up atleast some. Not all of course. But more then i expected tbh.
