You should get a better PowerSupply. Yes 430W will power the system, but if you go for 600W it will be more efficient. Also you should step away from a Bronze Certified power supply in general. A proper 600w Gold, would be like 20bucks more and that is worth it in long term.

For what use? Do you mean Quadros? A non gamer normaly doesn´t have a dedicated graphic card at all. Most prozessors nowdays have pretty solid intern graphics.

Buying a 7700k is money wasting. Could also be a software issue or something else. Btw, why did you buy a "K" CPU if you dont want to Overclock even a bit?

Are you realy sure that the GPU isn´t bottlenecking your system? If you have time, use a tool like Corsair Link and assure you that it realy is the CPU causing problems. If you go for a new CPU go for a Ryzen 7, streaming profits from more cores.

You want to upgrade from a i7 4790K to a i5 6600k/i7 7700K? That isn´t a upgrade. Overclock your cpu a bit and you get more performance boost than by buying a 6600k/7700k

Definitely keep your Ps 4. The 980ti is only a very small upgrade from your 1060. It isnt worth it. You don´t gain any real performance since the 1060 is a nice card. As long as you don´t want to make your friend a huge present don´t trade.

Actualy i have got a similar problem, it just blinks up for less than a second. In my case I think it is the cmd. Anyone got help?

Since both Monitors are 144Hz, you could also take a 60Hz 1440p Monitor into consideration. Personly i would take 1440p over 140Hz. That is to say if you don´t play csgo, than 140Hz is probobly nicer.
