For Security stuff I can recommend looking on https://stackskills.com/ and snipe a "White Hat Hacking Bundle" or something like that (don't worry about the name :D) when their for sale. That's what helped me get off the ground

So I got my new main monitor today and after some testing I noticed this... Should I RMA the thing and hope for a better one? I've noticed something about those "bigger" Windows Updates. We use the StyleCop extension in Visual Studio and after the Anniversary Update, none of the installations in our team (about 11) worked and nobody really understood why. Turned out that during those updates, Windows reset most of the system settings including any installation of the .NET Framework 3.5. Microsoft should really get their stuff together
