I cleared the CMOS shortly before. Default settings are 14-16-16-16-32.

Anciently, I was change cpu frequency, and cpu voltage changed automatically. but when I was reset bios, just frequency settings are was changed to default. So, I must clear the cmos or learn the default of these settings. Can you learn these for me?

Let's suppose, I increase frequency too much. And pc doesn't turn on at all. it's turning on when i remove and insert CMOS battery. Is it damaged?
