Hi, while i was installing a game off origin i noticed that no matter what game i played, and no matter the graphics settings the game would stutter,at the time my ping was high so i chalked it up to that, however after the download the problem continued, i also noticed that my pc in general is slower than usual. i have scanned for viruses and malware nothing was found. any help would be appreciated.

(i know gpu is being held back by cpu but msi sent me the 470 when i sent in my 380 for rma)
