    You are right. I did more study. It might just be there "Freeze" tech thing. Just the break they put in is not super nice. If it get a lot worse. I will get it fixed when I am on my vacation. And get a new card then sell it afterwards

    it's not the pump header, it's a tachometer to tell the system what the pump speed is. it is there so that the BIOS doesn't freak out thinking the CPU is not actively cooled. The H115i is powered off the SATA power bus.

    yes those are for small form factor or cheap old motherboards, which do not have enough fan headers. you connect your pump to cpu header and connect your radiator fans to those headers. those are basically fan splitter. I wish they were modular.

    nope windows has always been machine locked unless extra steps taken and hdd mbr rewrite with the right cpu microcodes beinging available for use

    they made it very flexible recently with Microsoft account. but there steps that you have to take to be able to even boot in.

    Well, the best link would be a wired connection, but I am guessing you don't want to use a wire?  for the rest of the mobile devices I would think wireless n 300Mbps is more than fast enough, considering there are still many devices that use only 150Mbps wifi cards. So if that's an option for you to use wireless n and then use an ethernet cable for when downloading big files/many files or gaming, then you can get them very cheaply.
