the videos you linked are 3-5 years ago. Your system is in now way from a software standpoint the same as the system in those videos.

your gt 1030 is also significantly slower than a 750 ti

i bet the update rate for the view count is much father apart vs the reply which is probably instant

in my opinion it isnt worth 240$. However you are you , so you need to decide if it's worth it to you to have a card now to use vs waiting a very long time.

go into the bios and check the clock , if the clock is slow in the bios compared to a stopwatch/phones ect... then try a bios update , if that doesn't fix it then return the board.

I've actually never seen a clock be slow before so that's a new one
