if youre just going from a 6700xt to a 7900 i don't think you'll see a very big difference regardless. so whichever the cheapest option would be fine

it's accepted more on pc because media preservation on pc is easier than console. it's not hard to obtain movies/tv shows or games when sailing the high seas.

closed ecosystems like consoles it's less accepted due to basically being at the mercy of microsoft/sony/nintendo

 
then you did what the majority of people on earth did except instead of moving from a pc to a cell phone you went from pc to mac/console. so not really unique in that aspect.

free pc's are always the best ones , infinite price to performance ratio

i'd be skeptical that whoever installed them wouldn't fade away into obscurity like every single other niche medical implanted tech company. But who knows maybe you'll beat the odds. It's not like a giant company can just go bankrupt suddenly leaving people with proprietary useless implants that don't conform to any common standards or anything.

there kinda isn't much benefit unless you live in an environment that isn't climate controled.

we had a 1960s plymouth that also had that feature , the keys could not be locked in the car ever.

in order to lock the door , the key had to be turned in the outside keyhole thus preventing the key from being in the car when locked. Couldn't even lock the door then close it because the lock would pop up if you tried. Dont know why every car isn't like that , peak mechanical design.

if its just a file server then you can use almost any modern cpu and choice shouldn't matter much

not the take away you should probably have whilst changing defective parts to 100% different ones.

just engineer a mounting bracket to make it work , get some metal working tools and make a way for it to attach

by the time you write your own operating systems that i assume are going to both be linux (seeing as neither ms or apple is going to just hand over source code).... and those two os's have been bug tested across whatever hardware would need to support this setup..... and someone is born that would actually need this setup where two computers and a vm couldn't possibly exist..... the sun would have consumed the earth from orbital decay.

ok thats good news as the majority of decades old computer equipment that functions well is used and not new in the box. Which of course would makes sense as it's just a circuit board and not a lawn mower.

then again i haven't subscribed to the "new therefor good" mentality in a while so perhaps mankind has since eliminated QC since i last purchased something.
