My PC is running an AMD FX-6300 processor with a stock cooler, 16 GB of DDR3 RAM, a GTX 1050ti, a M5A78L-M Plus motherboard, and a EVGA 500W PSU rated 80 Plus. This issue has only ever occurred today. the PC was built in 2018

My Gaming PC has completely frozen twice today while watching live streams. After the stream is on for so long the PC freezes and becomes completely unresponsive until I manually turn it off. I don't know what the issue is or how I would fix this problem. Some help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks guys.

i'm very new to the custom pc gaming stuff so forgive me if this is a stupid question. i was wondering if i wanted to upgrade my graphics card could i use something like a 1060 if i have a amd cpu instead of switching to intel. i'm not sure if that would cause and sort of problems or just not work at all. plz help
