  1. There's a easier way of doing it if you have super anti malware installed or something similar. You just have to look for them through file explorer. Thanks for the video though. It helped a ton.
  2. I upgraded my os from Windows 7 to Windows 10 back when it was first offered. It started running into issues and won't update. It never provided me with a reason. Now when I boot the computer and log in, it just gives me a black screen with just the cursor. There's nothing else. Ctrl+alt+delete still works and so does task manager. But there's no task bar or anything. I need help ASAP
  3. So I've been messing around and tinkering more and more with my second build (the xeon machine). I made it about 2 years ago because I wanted the same performance as an i7 at the time. I was wondering if it is possible to over clock the xeon e3 1231 v3 on the z97x board that I have for it from gigabyte.
  4. Hey guys and gals, I recently acquired a PC with an R9 280x inside, I already had a 470 from Gigabyte and was curious to know if I could crossfire the two graphics cards. If I could then how would I go about doing so? From everything I have read online so far, you can crossfire an R9 280x with a 380 and a 380 with a 480 or 470.
  5. It turns out my cpu cooler clamping feet broke and aren't securing well enough to connect to anything. Let alone the thermal space.
  6. I do not have speed step enabled and this is my idle temps, I am too scared to stress test it. https://gyazo.com/d0386c860b4a9c50b2ec952d15f14f84
  7. Hey, guys! So, I built my second computer about a year or two ago and have recently been experiencing thermal bottlenecking. I am unsure if this is my CPU cooler, Motherboard, Power Supply or CPU. I max out at 1.4 GHz which is 2.0 GHz less than its standard speed. Please help? CPU: Intel Xeon E3 v3 1231 LGA 1150 Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H CPU Cooler: Standard Intel Cooler Power Supply: 700W Thermaltake GPU: R9 280X Thanks for the help!
