Check out the Intel 760p NVME drives if you absolutely need NVME. Before you ask, Samsung 970 Evo Plus are good but they are also expensive. My set-up (laptop) is a Zephyrus G15 with two 970 EVO Plus, (500GB boot and 1TB for school work) Currently am enrolled in Computer Systems Technician program.

It sounds like it could either be the PSU or the motherboard or both. Unfortunately sometimes a power outage can fry a motherboard as when it comes back on, it may surge.

The only way to upgrade the GPU on the ThinkPad T530 is to replace the whole motherboard because the GPU is soldered to the motherboard. Search ebay for a T530 planar that would match the FRU or parts list for a motherboard that says OPT as those are the boards with optimus graphics (NVIDIA and Intel HD Graphics 4000 dual graphics)

So I am starting a new build with a core i5 6400. I was able to get an original gtx titan used for under 200 and was wondering if it is still a good card for games like doom 2016 and witcher 3

The Titan has been said to be equal to a 3GB 1060 according to most people when searching this forum or google
