Not really. Some special coolants can gunk up your blocks so regular maintenance and cleaning needs to be performed every 6-12 months. With distilled water, all you need to do is make sure to add a biocide agent to the loop to prevent Algae growth and such that can cause loop issues and bind up your pump. It is also recommended for distilled water loops to flush them and clean them out ever year.

I'd be blowing a lot of things if it would make them good as new.

I would suggest an i9-7980XE, 2 1080Ti's in SLI, 128GB of DDR4, and an 80GB 5400RPM Toshiba Mechanical Hard Drive.

id give CM a call or email... give them the model # of your cooler off the box and they can arrange the correct am4 bracket to be shipped to you

A high quality 450w would be enough, though id personally recommend Seasonic Focus Gold 550w if you want something a bit better.

It can be a bit sluggish at times. 
 
Any performance improvements are welcome.
On IOS they can't really do too much since Apple forces them to use Webkit.

could grab a cheap 500w psu from best buy for 20-30$ and see if it acts the same .. if it does rma the board and if not rma the psu

If you drink a lot of Gatorade/Powerade, don't drink as much. My Friend's cousin had the same issue, and got bladder stones.
