I'm starting to buy parts for my new pc, i have checked compatibility and its seems good. However some people online have said that the ram i am getting might not hit the 3000mhz it is rated at. I am not sure if these posts are outdated and if bios updates have fixed it since then. Just thought this would be a fun discussion, who (in LMG) would you trust the least and the most with handling your pc and why? i would trust luke the most probably and linus the least *cough* history with dropping things *cough* have fun

my friend is going to make a NAS with his raspberry pi 3. Has anyone here done this and what were your experiences with it? thanks

after reinstalling windows none of the desktop icons will stay where i put them after a restart. after putting them back a few times most of them stay but any new icons will not stay after a restart. is their a reason why this is happening? how can i sort it out? thanks

the card was given to me from my college as they didn't need it and one of the teachers knew i would at least try to use it.

OK, so i could get my new ryzen system built in about 6 months but i would have to wait another 3 before i can get my GPU. do ryzen cpus have integrated GPU? and could this very very old GPU work for getting windows and some programs installed while i save up for my GPU. thanks

thanks iv just seen their is a deal for a be quiet! 600W Pure Power 10 CM Semi Modular PSU i can get it $20 cheaper than usual. are these psu's ok or should i stick with the bitfenix im looking to try to keep the cost as low as i can but still have peace of mind

i need a 550w psu that is under $75 and is good quality semi or fully modular would be good but i can settle for not modular if needed. thanks so much

yh im planning on getting an ssd later any ways should have put that in the main post. also the pc will not be for gaming primarily as i already have a pc with a 1060 6gb in it. It will mainly be a rendering/ video editing pc.
