    technicly, you could test it with multimeter, tho i would not recomend. especially if you got a shaky hand like i do

    you can change it in windows. somewhere in control panel there is "mouse", check those options EDIT: oh, sorry, i havent noticed that part. as far as i know - it works all right

    even tho i doubt that it is pump fault, try bringing small magnet near it, it should vibrate if it is working

    rx480 scales well till 1.25V and you can get ~1450mhz. to do that - you just need to do a simple bios mod sapphire nitro has dual bios, so even if you ruin one of them - you will be able to easily fix it

    well, one of the options would be to delid it. make sure that thermal compoud is well applied!!!

    you wont see huge difference between 120mm coolers, look in 220 if you need better performance
