Literally half the things that you are taking affect the brain's chemistry in some way shape or form. Furthermore, let's look at the definition of the word stimulant. With that definition in mind, almost all of the medications that you are taking are stimulants, and a lot of them have side effects that are typical for stimulants, such as insomnia. First off, one of the medications that you are on directly effects dopamine levels (a few of them indirectly effect dopamine levels), so you really don't have room to talk in that regard. Furthermore dopamine isn't the only chemical that causes addiction. Chemical dependence and among other factors has a play as well. That's incorrect. Your brain actually stops making dopamine for some time. You don't go to normal levels, you go to lower then normal levels. When you add an excess of any chemical to your body, it tends to stop making as much of it. This is particularly true with dopamine. I've already told you the potential risks of having an excess amount of CDP choline for an extended of time (90 days is the reccomend limit) having too much of that can cause insomnia, as well as effecting blood pressure. As far as uridine itself is concerned, it's linked with pancreatic cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, and insulin dependence. Are we talking about reddit or example.com? How do you think your body would react if you just stopped the medication after building a tolerance? If you stopped talking them, you would go through withdrawals. You build a tolerance because your body stops making as much of said chemical. If you stopped introducing said chemical your body would have to adjust to the change and start making said chemical again. What you are describing is literally addiction. That is an incredibly unhealthy practice. You are putting a lot of stress on your body by doing that. You don't just start and stop medications, you are littarly putting your body through shock every time you do that. Yes, they do. You just described addictive behavior. No, you haven't done your research. You think that you know how it all works, but what you are doing is potentially harmful. There are several toxic plants that I could grow and take without needing a prescription. That doesn't mean that they are safe. Me and @TopHatProductions115 are concerned about your health, which is why we are doing this. Are the medications that you are taking as harmful or addictive as adderall? No, but that doesn't mean that they don't have risks.

Adderall is classified as a Nootropic. Furthermore you are incorrect, almost all nootropics are stimulants, which are addictive by nature. Hell, coffee is actually quite addictive.
