I'll be frank, I don't agree with razer cutting ties with her.  I do find her reaction a bit extreme, but not unwarranted. 

Although I do have to question if she thought that her comment about "riding the chat" could be implied in a sexual manner or not.  Sounds pretty sexual to me, but this is coming from the person who jokingly hits on everyone so perhaps I'm not the best judge in this situation.
