Louis has some deplorable personality traits and this is one of them. What an incredibly childish and unprofessional thing to respond with even considering the context.

@DrMacintosh To be Frank, I would probably do the same thing.  Perhaps a bit more polite, but I don't really take shit that well.  Furthermore, I don't really care about the political options of a component level repairman.  He's not running for president. 

I would say that deplorable is rather strong, he can be an ass when provoked, and he gets rather confrontational when debating, but meh.

@DrMacintosh If you're gonna treat customers like crap, expect crap back. I wouldn't reply quite like that, but the harshness is not unwarranted...
