@dizmo to prove a point

@dizmo FOR SCIENCE!
After this, i'm going to open it up with a hacksaw, and test the fluid in it.
-
Haha, I see.
-
@dizmo I want to know if the fluid will freeze in freezing temperatures.
If there is enough antifreeze in the mix, it won't.
There has been some talk about that, but nobody has really done any testing.
The unit was slightly defective, and I forgot to return it in time.
I'm getting an antifreeze concentration tester as well, so I can know what the exact mixture is as well.
-
@dizmo Antifreeze has a few anti-corrosive properties and also increases the boiling point of water by a bit.
-
@dizmo Just something I thought of, since there is no concrete information on the actual mix ratio, and I should be able to find that out through an automobile antifreeze mix tester, we will find out soon. Hopefully.
@ARikozuM A few charts.
Also, if I recall correctly, antifreeze has corrosion inhibitors in it, which is the reason for antifreeze having anti corrosive properties.

@dizmo I would imagine that the amount that you would typically add would be too small to matter.
