  1. I will try out that solution you linked from the other thread tomorrow, If it doesn't work I'll just reinstall. Thanks guys
  2. The post title made me think It's a different issue from mine, I don't even know that the cause of my problem is booting from the wrong hard drive
  3. Basically it just won't boot and plays an endless soft beep. I've googled around and probably the culprit is that windows 10 planted some files on my other drives besides the main one for the OS. (Yes, I installed windows with my other drives plugged in). I want to use my ssd on my oldest computer. Kinda got bored in quarantine, so why not revive my oldest pc. Is reinstalling windows with other drives unplugged the only easy solution? Or is there another easy way to fix this. Thanks!
  4. I'm looking for a motherboard for my i7 3770 machine, it works perfectly to this day, it's only lacking slow transfer speed because of usb 2.0, so any easy to find motherboard of lga 1155 right now?
  5. M Rafi Hardi Wardhana membagikan tautan 3 menit I'm picking a 144hz monitor for the first time right here, after searching for quite a time. it's resolved to these 2. can you guys give me some insights on this? Samsung C24FG73 -24inch -curved -quantum dot (?) -VA https://www.samsung.com/levant/monitors/c24fg73/ vs Acer KG271 Cbmidpx - FreeSync Monitor 27-Inch ZeroFrame 1ms 144Hz FHD -27inch -Flat -no color features? tests say around 75% RGB -TN https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.HX1AA.C02 it's only between these 2, please don't suggest any other brands as only these 2 have service centers in my city, just in case anything goes wrong. thanks.
  6. What are the differences? Is it true that the version without "P" runs at 75hz, while the P version runs at 60hz? Currently, it's the cheapes ultra wide monitor on the market in my country, costs about 168$ domestic shipping included with IPS panel, Do you know any more budget ultra-wide monitor?
  7. let's say if i have a 1080p TV, i set my native desktop resolution to 1920x1080, and while playing some game, i set the game resolution at 1280x720 (only game), it looks bad. then i tried playing with my ps3. it looks great even on 720p. so... are there any difference between native 1080p, game 720p and native 720p, game 720p? because games scaled down to 1280x720 doesn't look as good as ps3's 720p.
  8. I'm using 1050 Ti right now, i can say it's pretty weak for current AAA games and further to be released, i can't even go 60 FPS at the lowest settings. thanks guys.
  9. I'm playing Assassin's Creed Origins, 1080p, settings all the way to the left, on certain indoor locations it plays at 60, however when i'm outside especially in big towns, the fps is around 40ish. and still can't go 60 fps, i achieved 60 fps by turning down resolution to 1600x900 but it's blurry af. My 1050 Ti is accompanied with Ryzen 7 1700 and 16 GB of DDR4 Ram (both not overclocked)
  10. Should i pick it up now or wait for next generation of Nvidia GPUs?
  11. I think it's worth it, you're jumping 2 tiers above. if you can tho, go for 1060 6GB, it will last longer, my 1050Ti struggles with most AAA games right now, even at lowest settings it couldn't achieve 60fps. i'm on 1080p
  12. If i buy 1070 now, how long would it last until game's system requirement catch up with it where it will struggle even at lowest settings on AAA games? is it true that i'm better off with 1080 than 1070 Ti? I have a ryzen 7 1700, will it bottleneck 1070 or 1080? Been wanting to upgrade, since my 1050 Ti struggles at 1080p, even at lowest settings it couldn't do 60 FPS, turning down resolution makes it blurry and i don't like it. I'm playing at 1080p 60hz, and that will not change any sooner. Current rig : CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Ram : 16x1 TeamElite GPU : GTX 1050Ti
  13. Yes sadly, i'm on lga 1151, 8gb ram, gtx 1050 ti. Going for ryzen will cost me 100$ more
