This is not a good or normal thing and shouldn't ever be.

Literal last gen high end GPUs shouldn't struggle on new games.

I'm a linux user so this is nice for us, but honestly this game is a perfect example of how game devs are using crutches like DLSS/FRS instead of actually optimizing games nowadays. There's no effort and time being put into optimization past "it runs on consoles, we're done".

Accountability to both workers and the general public is important. People don't want to support a company that treats their workers poorly. More transparency is always better, regardless of who or what it is.

The fact that everyone is suddenly okay with the ridiculous bloat that smartphones have now in their default setup is disappointing to say the least.

Ok, I found a solution to make it fit. I just used a butter knife to pry it up and guide it into the position it needed to go into the slots.

Sometimes the dumbest solutions are the ones that work. I'll see if I can make the screws fit but other than that It looks like a success enough to work.

    Thanks for your time guys.

I'd recommend you strap on some other fans, CPU fans rather than case fans as they're built for static pressure rather than air flow. "I can't think of a reason not to do this" - Linus Sebastian
And oh yea, I'm not responsible if you do this and it breaks, 'cause ya never know people.

IF doesn't help prevent deaths. Absolution does. The fact is that you can ban guns until the sun doesn't shine, if someone wants to get a gun and commit an atrocity they're going to do it. Or not even using a gun, the 9/11 hijackers had box cutters.

The government chose to intervene because of the lobbying. You can dance around this all you want, it comes back to government being at fault.

Influence of what, now? Oh yeah, the government. We gave government the power to regulate the economy in such a way that they created monopolies and destroyed competition.

I guarantee that we wouldn't be having this conversation if government had never touched the market. If the government didn't limit who can create infrastructure, we wouldn't need to argue over this mess. Why they did it is irrelevant. I don't like lobbying either but exclusively because the government has enough control to destroy the market in the interest of lobbying companies.

    ...What?

This isn't a result of a free market. Corporatism isn't a free market, it's a state controlled market. The state controlling the market and destroying it was why NN was made.

So I've been playing Overwatch for 2 weeks now and feel this urge to visit the Horizon Lunar Colony just to check on the monkeys, if there are any left.
Is SpaceX sending any rockets there soon? Because I would love to buy a ticket!
