did you have any problem with the monitor so far? like flickering ? maybe videos that stuttered while full screen? I have rx470 and same monitor and I am having some issues

Hello I have AOC G2460PF monitor where I had couple of problems... 1. if I plug in a DVI-D and place above 60Hz I get this weird image... 2. I had issues using DP and I woke up while pc was running and I saw a similar image. But this stopped to happen, it was happening for 1week and then it stopped maybe cuz I was playing with options but didn't change anything 3. I use DP normaly, but I have stutters that really annoy me, and I am not sure what causes it. Example, if I run any video player and watch a movie full screen, it stutters each few sec for half second, hard if I get out of full screen and put it lower resolution it stutters but barely noticable, if I put it to like 80% of screen I can watch not noticing it. What's the possible issue here? I had stutters in games before but this started to happen using new GPU recently asus rx570 oc4gb, so the freesync is on with AMD gpu in drivers also I noticed the amd freesync causes flickers in game menus, also video player when I have it full screen and press pause I can see flickers, where the monitor is advertised as flicker free, and I see others have similar problems... EDIT: I tried on my bros PC with my GPU (AMD rx570 and his Nvidia GTX970) running any movie 720p-1080p with any video player at full screen (lowering the resolution a bit causes small stutters to not visible one at already 80-90% of screen) with AMD DVI (freesync not supported), 60 Hz - no stutter DVI (freesync not supported), 60+ (144) Hz - image defected like on the pic above HDMI (freesync off) 60Hz - stutter HDMI (freesync on) 60Hz - stutter DP (freesync on/off) 60-144Hz stutter with Nvidia (freesync not supported with nvidia) DP 144Hz - no stutter freesync on also causes flickering in game menus freesync on also causes flickering in video player while watching a 'movie' at full screen

idk, evga gives 5y warranty and the RMx models are 10 years ,with the small sale I guess it would be worth it?

I bought most of them, I got 6600k and asus z170 pro gaming and there was a error loading, LED blinked at CPU, so I am shipping both back, so with the cooler, ram I still could get AMD but idk if I should go for that I guess, if that 212 is even compatible with am4, but if some extra things need to be shipped for that, I wont go for it I also bought g933 headset for 115$, on sale, but I am shipping it back cuz 1. white static noise, 2. uncompatible with logitech G600 mouse (yes they didnt made it compatible with their own product, those ******, no support could help, nor anything searching online, just a big fail witht heir drivers that cause input lag on g600 gshift keys, all of them) 3. not that good audio so I went for a good closed headphones I don't play a lot of single players, only competitive mmo/fps, 4GB is totaly fine

what I wonder is, 5 year warranity, vs 10 year... (currently I use some old Scythe Stronger SPSN-060P 80+, have it for 7years) like if the corsair will work for 10+ I'd gladly pay 20more bucks

Yo, which PSU do you recommend for this rig https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PLpmjc that I am getting soon. I was looking at this one Corsair RMx 650 Gold+ , can I get a better offer for a similar one on amazon.de? I would go for the 550 one but I see there's only 1 6pin left for the GPU and I know some older GPU's, like 570 needed 2×6pin, so idk about GPU's in future, 650 has 2. EDIT: Some items on the list are older items that I have atm on my pc and plan to use on the new one. Do not assume that everything on that list will be bought new. ty.
