iPecan's Achievements

  1. I'm not sure if this specific board supports BIOS flashback
  2. I'm very inclined to pay a technician a visit since they'll have a vast array of parts to test with. I've tested with bare minimum components to try to pinpoint the problem and I can rule out everything except the CPU and Motherboard.
  3. I ordered the board through amazon and requested a replacement and they immediately sent one. I fear it may be a bios incapability issue and I have no idea how to proceed.
  4. I don't necessarily know how many power cycles could pass during 2 episodes of 7 Deadly Sins but I've always returned to a slightly warm system and a blank screen.
  5. The motherboard box has a sticker that says "Ryzen 3000 Ready" so I would hope, to the least, that it would post. I figured I may have missed something.
  6. Recently switched from intel to amd and can't get a post. Chasis fans spin but cpu fan barely moves and stuck in a restart loop. The only new parts are motherboard and CPU, the rest have been functional in a previous build. I've tried reseating the cpu, rmaing the mobo and the same is happening with the replacement. 7. You may be right. I recently watched a review of the 7700k with benchmarks and overclocking from GamersNexus. Here's the link below, only the first 10 minutes are worth watching.
  8. Now that there's been time to iron out bois' and various kinks in the new motherboard platform I can't flat out decide which would be perfect for me! I plan on overclocking but I can't figure out which motherboard would give cooler temp results in overclocking. This is also my second build but my first RGB accented build (I really don't want motherboard lights) and I've discovered that the Asus Strix platform offers more RGB synchronization but would like a second thought. Give me your opinions of your preferred motherboard and why you chose it! Intel i7 7700k Asus 1080ti Strix G.Skill TridentZ 3000MHZ RBG 8GB (x2) EVGA SuperNOVA 850w 80+ GOLD Corsair 460x RGB
