All I see is people half ragging on him, half feeling good for him. The man wanted to do something different, and he did. For the $5000 intel upgrade, he's definitely earned it. And to the fool talking about turnover, you don't seem very educated in managing a business. Long time employees quitting has nothing to do with turnover, it's more for new hires that get in over their heads and are let go or choose to leave on their own.
