  1. Hi, I know this is a really late reply: BUT I just tested it with Ryzen Master. And now actually Aida 64 runs at 88C and Risen master at 69,43C when at 100% with blender. CAM and AMD Ryzen Master have the same values for me. This is confusing.
  2. Hello Together., I just upgraded to an Ryzen 9 3900x. With an AIO Cooler from NZXT (kraken 62). As usual when I get a new CPU I started up AIDA64 and ran some tests. After 20 Mins the CPU reached 80 C and idled there. But the NZXT CAM Programm and even Windows 10 had a Temp difference of around 10-19C and already warned about a to hot CPU. Which temp reading should I trust? and what should I do ? Thank you very much for your help and advice.
  3. Had the same problem but just with the MSI X570 Gaming Pro Carbon. But it worked when I reseated the GPU. I will try to get a new motherboard.
  4. Hi thanks. At the first boot, the GPU was in Slot 2 only after 2 GPUs didn't work I thought of putting it in Slot one ( where it than worked). But I will try clearing the bios. Thanks
  5. Hello together, i just bought and installed the MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Motherboard in my PC. With a Ryzen 9 3900x. As I like the aesthetics of the GPU being lower I wanted to put it into the second PCIE slot, but it wasn't detected (Nividia GTX 1070) I then tested it with an Nvidia GTX 1050 and the troubleshoot LED on the side of the Motherboard still said "VGA". (Yes I know that the lower PCIE slot is not optimal for performance). So I put the GPU in the first PCIE slot and low and behold it worked just fine. The user manual just stated, that they advise to put the GPU in the first PCIE slot, but there nothing about that id will not work. So here's my question. Is the second PCIE slot broken? Or is it just for SLI and Crossfire? I would like to know because then I could still replace it with a new one. Does any one had the same issue ? Thank you very much for your replies. Otis
  6. The standoffs that are included are to high. I think it wouldn't touch the CPU.
  7. yes that should be the case. But for better information contact your laptop manufacturer so that you can be sure about the performance. 5% is "almost identical"
  8. all nividia GPUs with an m at the end are optimized for laptops, and their not that powerful like a desktop version. Their are optimized so that they don't need that much power and don't run that hot.
  9. Sounds to me like an MotherBoard failure.
  10. When you are desperately waiting for the next two days to pass, so that you are finished with your exams, and you finally can build your first computer.

  12. i will consider this. Thanks a lot
  13. ah the problem is i already have the MoBo so i have to stick with intel.
  14. Oh thanks for the info. i will google a little bit. thanks
  15. Hey i have finally decided to build a pc and would like to hear any feedback and recommendations you guys have. It will be mostly for gaming and editing. My budget can be adjusted. I plan on overclocking this beauty. Because i never had an PC i need all the peripherals, so if you can recommend something that would be great. Now to the system: CPU: Intel i7-7700k 4,20 gHzCPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken AIO x62Motherboard: Asus STRIX Z270-E GAMING ATX LGA1151 MotherboardMemory: HyperX Fury 32GB kit 2666MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL15 DIMM (is this compatible with the rest?)Storage: Samsung 960 EVO MZ-V6E250BW Interne Solid State Drive (250GB)Video Card: Asus ROG Strix GeForce GTX1070-O8G GamingCase: NZXT S340 Elite white Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Full - USB 32/64-bit Stuff I Still need 1 Monitor: should be 27 inches and 4k 2 Mouse: something cool not to complicated 3 Keyboard: RGB would be nice but is not necessary, numbpad is important and it should be as small as possible (this will be for gaming) for editing and work i will use the Apple keyboard 4 Headset: i dont really care, but a microphone would be nice So if you want to rate this system and give me some advice feel free to do so. And for the stuff i still need, just say what you like and happily use. Thanks to every one in advance.
