The LEDkeeper error is unrelated and not an issue, its probably due to the shutdown process. In the power options, can you check under the additional power settings on the right hand side. See if anything in there looks wonky?
  2. Normally if its not compatible it will tell you that and not let you proceed with the setup process. Here is a thread that might give you some more details: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-hello-not-available-on-dell-inspiron-5570/de0a93d8-2de2-469e-90bb-50c0c71ca28f
  3. Try going to https://support.dell.com and using their automatic driver update software there. Its also possible that your camera is in use by another application that is not allowing windows to access it at the same time. Make sure any other programs, Skype, Teams, etc are not running. It could also be possible that Windows is not allowed to access the webcam (most possible), here's a guide: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028647/windows-open-the-camera-in-windows-10

It could of been a BSOD, check %SystemRoot% for any dump files that were created at the same time the shutdown was initiated.

    NIC problem

What laptop are you using? Does it come with a proprietary wireless manager, for example some older Dells ship with a wireless nic utility? If you are not using the default network utility try uninstalling the proprietary one (not the device drivers) to see if that helps.
  6. Like Grand said, check out https://www.noip.com/ They offer a free dynamic DNS option that should work for what you are looking for. Dyndns is great but not free
  7. I would just create the new run into your theater, grab a 5 port switch and just use that for any wired devices you need.
  8. Ideally you would want to have your wireless AP's connected via ethernet. I would ask the the tech they send to your house about creating new runs to the locations you need. Run 1: OTM to preferred router location Run 2: Router location to your PC location Run 3 Router location to preferred WAP location Or Run 1: OTM to your PC location (Put the router there) Run 2: Router to preferred WAP location
  9. This sounds like the issue you are having: https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/bell-home-hub-3000-setup-problems/1012
  10. This is a fun one. Its hard to troubleshoot the exact cause due to it being related to only specific sites and applications. From first glance it sounds like a routing issue. What websites are you experiencing the issues with? Can you run a tracert to one of them and see how many hops you get? What DNS provider are you using?
  11. Are you using a router that was provided to you by spectrum and you just moved it from the old residence to the new? What are you connecting the router to? Did they give you a coax / ethernet drop or are you connecting it to another box they provided? How did you test that the router is working just fine? Its possible that there is additional configuration that needs to be done on the router by the ISP. They could have configured manual options that will no longer work with the new setup. Unless you have a static IP address assigned from the ISP my guess is your new "pool" of addresses (might be a /29) has changed.
  12. I am assuming that you are plugging the ethernet cable from your router to the Optiplex for testing and that works. If that is the case then it is most likely an issue with the run. Do you have any additional runs in the house? If so try testing with another wall port. Can you figure out what port on your router (or switch) that the wall port is connecting to? If so try switching it to another open port on your router. .
