  1. That card isn't even under load, it's clock speed is way less than the base or boost on the chart. Are you sure your monitor's cord is plugged into the graphics card and not into the motherboard?
  2. So first post here on LTT...Sorry if it is long. I need some help and input people! Should i keep both graphics cards & try do to an upgrade to SLI, sell the higher ASIC Card (Card1) on ebay or LTT, or keep both and include Card1 in my current computer to put out in the garage to potentially mine cryptocurrency? I bought 2 used EVGA 980 ti Classified off of ebay accidentally because I won 2 bids instead of just 1. Yes I know I got caught up in bidding because every one was getting taken at the last minute... TLDR - both bought for the same price (~$315). One card seems to be better than the other, but it smelled terribly of cigarette smoke until i cleaned it! What should I do with it? I use my current single 980 ti for some light gaming (1080p, 60 hz monitor), paired with an i5-4570, just trying to keep my computer relevant for another year or so, until i upgrade my monitor or build a new Ryzen system. My dilemma: Card1 - aka Stinky - I find out has a ASIC quality of 74.1%, I tested some overclocking with EVGA precision XOC and went into the 1510+ range. I don't remember how high (I never added voltage). The Problem: It smells pretty bad to me because I don't smoke, and even after cleaning the heatsink out of dust and smoke particles, still circulates a smoke smell. I can't really stand the smell even though it is pretty faint now. Options: 1.Sell Stinky on ebay (or LTT?). Should I ask a higher price because of the ASIC? How much should i downgrade the price because of the smell? Losing money from ebay fees would stink. The original seller didn't mention the smell at all...I will of course describe it exactly as is when I sell. I'm located in Texas for those wondering. 2. Keep Stinky and do 1 of 2 things: 2A: Put Stinky in current computer and buy an SLI bridge. Would need to buy a bigger power supply than my current 500W CX500M for this 4 year old computer. Would only do this if anyone knows that the smell should dissipate soon over time. Anyone have experience? Of course I should buy a newer 1440p or ultrawide for gaming to take advantage of that. 2B: Put Stinky in my computer in place of card2, then put out in garage with old monitor to start cryptocurrency mining? The smell would be out in the hot garage then. My total power cost is 0.046 $/kWh total here. I think it would work for ethereum. This would make me get into Ryzen or Threadripper sooner than I planned. I could then use card2 in my new build for a year or so. Votes, input, & other options appreciated! Anyone who wants the card, I could put in the classified section of the forum in an official post. [If I'm allowed to say that here]
