i recently noticed that one of my fan i much slower than the other. any idea how to fix that? also the wsx2 keys are not working correctly........

i recently got fallout 4 ant it has this wierd bug where the game loads but there is no option to play it the mouse changes and i can here sounds where the buttons are supposed to be but cant here them i seriously have a very slow connection and dont want to wait another 3 days to download it again. do you guys have any fixes for this?? its version 1.9xxxx its a fitgirl repack my specs i5 7th gen gtx 1060 6 gb 8gb+256gb+2tb any help would be appriciated.

also will it work with a 1000w psu? cause the gpu went upto 455w in stress tests that will make 910w + 65w for cpu = 975w total than there is also mobo/ram/hdd/ssd

Well i need it for 3d rendering and not gaming. even if i do game it will only be at 1080p at most as my room has only so much space for a 17-20 inch monitor.

i am going to build an all amd pc cpu ryzen 7 1700x gpu vega 64 i have two questions. is it possible to use 2 vega 64 in sli? and will it perform better than a single gtx 1080ti? also which psu will be neaded cuz it said that the gpu can easily reach 450w consumption?
