  1. Hello everyone , I am at a crossroads of upgrades for my RX 580. My options are RX 7600 MSI Mech 2X for 300EUR, same model RX 6650XT for 273EUR or ASRock one for 250 (btw does anyone have any experience with ASRock GPUs because, at least where I've checked, they're always priced about 10% less), Sapphire RX 6650XT for 279, XFX 210 model RX 6600 for 220, all of these are new ones, then for second hand ones I've got RTX 3060ti for 280 and RTX 3060 12GB also for 280, ASUS Dual are both of these. I can't order anything from EU or other parts of the world for I'll have to pay 17% VAT and 10% custom if the price exceeds 150EUR. I have R5 2600, I know it would be really good if I could upgrade it with 5600, but currently I can only upgrade one of them, btw I have MSI B450M Mortar with dual channel Corsair CMK8GX4M2C3000C16. I'm also interested to find out if this CPU will work with this RAM since MSI's support page lists so few tested RAMs with 5600 on this board. I play mainly Apex and League, hopefully CS again, I've even downloaded new drivers specifically released to mend issues with shader rendering on AMD gpus but my performance is still stuttering mess. I'm aware of these new "budget" GPUs being complete nonsense from generational upgrade prespective, that might be the main reason for my hesitation but still I gotta change something
  2. Hi guys I need a bit of help with setting up QoS on my stock ISP router. Does anyone know what am I supposed to do here to setup QoS so that I can have stable connection while in game. My internet speed is 15Mb/s download and 0.7Mb/s upload, using ADSL2+ internet access technology. I want to set limit so that my PC has at least 50% both upload and download bandwidth, currently if I'm in game even if someone's phone just tries to renew weather forecast data my ping sky rockets, and I can't always turn off wi-fi just to play a game of Apex Legends for example.

  4. Really close, i have Asus monitor VP247 which has really similar stand as XF240H and i hit its stand from time to time, but in my country they're the same price about 250€
  5. On paper these two look the same, but XF240H is 3 years older. They cost the same at least in my case but I'm more into XF240H because of the stand, I'm very low sens gamer and I think that I would quite often hit the stand of KG but if display on KG is better I might change my mind and go for it but I want to know if Acer did anything to make this new display better in terms of input lag and overall response time?
  6. Thanj you so much for such a good explanation, it's very helpful ???? and btw do you know which monitor is better Acer XF240H or Acer KG251QF?
  7. Hi guys, I just want to know if 1ms response time applies to every splendid mode on Asus monitor or just gaming one? I'm using Asus VP247D, I know that manufacturer will use refresh rate, response time and other monitor specs as way of marketing but does this 1ms response time applies to all modes of monitor?
  8. That really bothers me, have somehow 1.5V damaged my cpu or made any difference on in game performance
  9. Yeah i know that, but i would be fine with stable 75 fps because i play on 75Hz at 1024x768 but I either have good fps with high frame times or high fps with drops where i cant even move for 90 degrees in game without 1-2 second hiccup
  10. At time I was searching for PC DDR4 in my country for two times more expensive and its now lolw voltage version its 1.5V
  11. First of all my rig: CPU: Intel Pentium G4400 MOBO: Gigabyte H110M DS2, DDR3 model GPU: AMD Radeon R7 250 1GB GDDR5 RAM: DDR3 1x8GB 1600MHz HDD: Seagate 320GB 7200RPM PSU: Seasonic Focus+ Gold 550W When i got this rig 2 years ago CS:GO was running with minor frame drops, today i cant play FFA DM, I tried everyting from this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Wmpgux8wT0 but nothing helped, I know that CS:GO isnt really good on dual cores but I would be fine with 75 fps that are somewhat stable, i play DM on 100-0 fps literally its so frustrating, same story in Fortnite I have about 80fps but when i try to use pump sometimes game even crashes, Low preset 1080p resolution with 89.9% 3d resolution. I was able to play aim botz map at 180 fps today I rarely see 120, ok i understand 3-4 major windows 10 updates have been released since i bought my pc but i lose 1/3 of performance overall not just in gaming, chrome takes at least twice more time to open etc. I'm trying to figure out what would be better deal to buy I3 8100 with b360 and 2x4GB DDR4 and leave this card but a I5 7400 with SSD and leave this ram with this mobo or maybe to buy i7 7700 but this gpu is probably not the best one to pair with this cpu ? or to buy gtx 1060 3GB I chose these as potential upgrades because in my country all of these options are about 300EUR. Btw CS:GO preset is set to low all, 2xMSAA which makes no difference when is on off or 4x, multicore rendering on and res is 1024x768. I'm not sure what should I do with this rig to get stable fps in cs:go ? maybe the best option is to put it under hydraulic press and get some money from youtube to buy 10k machine
  12. Thank you very much, I didnt know that

  14. Hi everyone, so I want to change something about my PC but I'm not really sure what would be a right option. Currently my PC: CPU: Intel Pentium G4400 GPU: AMD Radeon R7 250 1GB GDDR5 model by Sapphire RAM: 1x8GB 1600MHz CL10 DDR3 HyperX black by Kingston MOBO: Gigabyte H110m DS2 DDR3 version PSU: 550W 80 Plus Gold Focus+ Gold by Seasonic I'm a CSGO but i experience huge frame drop and constant frame drops on this machine no matter which setting I use, I know that PC isn't anything special, depending on map in 5v5 I get between 10 and 150 fps, 10 because of drops, but i would like to get rid of them if that makes any sense . So my quastion is, what is better to do in this situation, should i just upgrade to i7 6700 or 7700 or even i5 kaby lake of skylake model or I should wait for some cheaper option of mobo for coffee lake , i3 8100 and DDR4 RAM? My budget is about 500$ but I also want to know if there is any possible solution for these drops but buying new hardware, I guess not but i have to ask haha. BTW Kaby Lake and Skylake CPU DDR3 RAM suggested voltage is rated at 1.35V mine is running at 1.5V. Could this be a problem my CPU i struggling, I mean i had higher average fps few months ago, I reinstalled windows 2-3 times in past 6 months but still, by Ulletical's csgo benchmark I lost average 40 fps.
